Powerful, masculine and full-bodied. Ideal for a good feast.

A wine made up of Tempranillo and Cabernet-Sauvignon, the two main varieties of Viña Barracallo, a 35-year-old vineyard located in a really poor alluvial gravel terrain that demands the best of itself from the vineyard, transmitting that to the grapes.

This wine dense in color and intense in flavor expresses very well its gravelly terroir and the Rulei philosophy.

Variety: Tempranillo 85%  Cabernet-Sauvignon 15%

Ageing: 18 months in French and American oak barrels (50%-50%) of 225l.

Winemaking: Direct destemming over a concrete tank without crushed. Alcoholic fermentation with whole grain.

Tasting: Intense ruby red colour with a terracotta edge. Toasty aromas with a hint of coffee and cacao. Structuredbut friendly, with a long persistence.

Alcohol Level: 14º Vol

Award: Silver Medal in the Challenge Internacional Du Vin 2015 Bourg (France).
