Variety: Tempranillo 60% Grenache 40%
Ageing: 12 months in French and American oak barrels (70%-30%) of 225l.
Winemaking: Direct destemming over a concrete tank without crushed. Alcoholic fermentation with whole grain.
Tasting: Ruby red color with picota reflections, smells of red fruits and caramel. Soft, with a good fusion of wood and with a prolonged end of black plum.
