Ageing: 12 months in new French oak barrels of 225l.
Winemaking: Direct destemming over a concrete tank without crushed. Alcoholic fermentation with whole grain. Malolactic fermentation in a barrel.
Tasting: Intense ruby red colour with a terracotta edge. With a hint of charcuterie, campfire and coffee. Well-muscled, sweet tannins with high toasted oak.
