Winemaking: Direct destemming over a concrete tank without crushed. Alcoholic fermentation with whole grain.
Tasting: Intense ruby red colour with a terracotta edge. Toasty aromas with a hint of coffee and cacao. Structuredbut friendly, with a long persistence.
